Like many people, Tash spent much of the COVID-19 pandemic apart from the people she loved. Birthdays and festivals went by over video calls, and gifts often arrived late or not at all. It was during those quiet months that she began wrapping small presents for the people she cared about, just to let them know they were being thought of.

Those little parcels mattered more than she expected. A wrapped box, a handwritten note, a bit of colour in a difficult year. Friends started asking her to make the same for their own families, especially during the festive seasons when being far apart hurt the most. What began as a way to stay close grew into LJ Gifts, founded in 2024.

Today, Tash still believes the wrapping matters as much as what's inside. Every festive hamper, from Chinese New Year and Hari Raya to Deepavali and Christmas, is put together with care, so the moment someone unwraps it feels like a hug from a friend. Those are the moments LJ Gifts exists to create.

Our Vision

We believe every gift is a chance to spread happiness. Our vision is to make giving easy, personal and joyful, so that anyone can show someone they matter, whether it's a colleague, a friend, a family member or a neighbour.

We are growing our corporate gifting, helping businesses thank their clients, celebrate their teams and welcome new people with gifts that feel considered rather than generic. As we grow, we want to keep every corporate order as personal as the first one.

We want LJ Gifts to be the place people come back to for the moments that matter, from everyday thank-yous to the festivals we celebrate together. And we hope every box we send carries a little more warmth than the last.

Our Journey So Far

2024: LJ Gifts is founded, growing out of gifts Tash began making for the people she cared about.

Festive collections: our festive hampers now cover Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas and Valentine's Day, each one packed with care.

Corporate gifting: businesses are trusting us with their gifts for clients and teams, and that work is growing.

Building the team: we are welcoming intern hires to help create, pack and deliver more gifts.

The journey is just beginning, and every order we send out is another step forward.
